QUINTOLUBRIC 818-02, type HFA-S fire resistant hydraulic fluid, is a water based and high performance product designed for "Longwall Shield".

The standard concentration range of 1.5-2.5% is recommended.

QUINTOLUBRIC 818-02 can work with water of very different hardness. The maximum recommended water hardness is 40 dH. The concentration of use varies depending on the applied process water and the application. Unlike conventional HFA-E type hydraulic fluids, it does not contain mineral oil and forms.
