AP&T Approves QUINTOLUBRIC for Hot Forming Presses
AP&T has now given the green light to the use of synthetic refractory hydraulic oil in hot environments on hot forming lines.
Quaker produces this fire-resistant hydraulic fluid. This fluid has been tested over a long period of time to see how it affects the hydraulic components and seals in AP&T's hot forming lines, and the results of the trials are very successful.
Patrik Haglund, Product Manager at AP&T, says: "Quaker's fire-resistant hydraulic oil works just as well as conventional hydraulic oils in our lines, and also has superior qualities in terms of fire safety and the environment. As a result, this product is a recommended option for our customers to use."
