Collection Method and Legal Reason for Your Personal Data

Your processed personal data; Personal data may be collected in any verbal, written or electronic environment, for the purposes stated above and in order for the Company to fully and accurately fulfill its responsibilities arising from the contract and the law, and personal data may be processed as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. It is processed and transferred for the purposes specified in clause "b" of Article 10 within the scope of its conditions and purposes.

Security of Your Personal Data

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law, our Company takes appropriate measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to these data, and ensure their preservation, and prevents the unlawful processing of personal data by third parties.

Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Your Personal Data

Even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by the Company ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person (unless a period is stipulated in the legislation for the retention period of the data we process).

As a Data Owner, Your Rights According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698
In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as a personal data owner, you can contact the data controller to;

a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

b) Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,

f) To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

g) You have the right to demand compensation for the damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data.

Exercise of Your Rights

Answering Your Requests Regarding Your Personal Data

Your claims regarding your personal data will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days at the latest from the date we receive them. If your application is evaluated negatively, the reasoned rejection reasons will be sent via e-mail or post to the address you specified in your application.
